"Aliens can't be ruled out."

Who made the belly button on this bear? How did they do it?

I'm torn between the hockey stick and the bird explanation.

It would help to know how large this thing is........if a 4 foot hockey stick could reach it.....no mystery at all.

for fun, assuming larger so that any stick would not reach: a pre-existing condition to be incorporated makes alot of sense. If not........we live in the age of Drones.

I rule out a drone because the snow is light and fluffy. A drone would have kicked up a much larger imprint.

Yeah, I thought that after I posted..........but..........you could dangle a rope from a high flying drone and "draw" anything you wanted.

Someone estimated the span at about 6 feet. That would be easily doable with a hockey stick and a bit of reach.
But the imprints seem to match that of a bird crash-landing and taking off again.

theres no bit of reach at all. The marks would be within a natural gravity fall of any hockey stick with no reaching at all. Artists do enjoy taking advantage of happy accidents...so a pre-existing formation makes total sense. But artists more enjoy making an object totally of their own conception. I favor hockey stick.....broom...or towels being snapped. At 6 feet across........there is no interesting question.

More importantly, with the bear leaving a string of {!#%@} - where are the woods?

A second look at the footprints in the foreground makes me think they are about 12 inches long, allowing for winter boots and at least 2 trips retracing the steps. Based on this, I'd estimate the distance to the belly button to be about 5 feet. Very reachable with a broom or a hockey stick or a tree branch.

The mystery has now been solved. It was 5 thrown snowballs.

Probably not. Most things don't. Snowballs don't.

If you try to incubate them they vanish into thin air. I guess that proves something.

I suspect that the girl who claims to have given this birth, is a body-double alien.

As a bonus feature for conspiracy fans...
The "bear" is a giveway that it was perpetrated by Russians. They were very successful, as it became one of the most viral pictures on Twitter this year.
