Jim Rogers is a self-made billionaire from Demopolis, Alabama, who once hired a Chinese governess who spoke to his young daughters only in Mandarin.

It looks to me like a DOW between 5 to 8k might make sense today if a crash were to occur. No real logic on that, except to note that it droped below 8k in 2008.
