Isn’t this pretty normal? You think it’s significant enough to post. It’s in Russia ‘s interest to bypass Ukraine since they attacked Ukraine. Are you trying to make a point that isn’t in the article?

I think it's interesting since Turkey is a NATO country and the US is putting sanctions on Russia.

I agree that Russia is attempting to split the Alliance further open.
But Turkey won't stop playing both sides as long as neither side quits in disgust.
