Isn’t this pretty normal? You think it’s significant enough to post. It’s in Russia ‘s interest to bypass Ukraine since they attacked Ukraine. Are you trying to make a point that isn’t in the article?

I think it's interesting since Turkey is a NATO country and the US is putting sanctions on Russia.

I agree that Russia is attempting to split the Alliance further open.
But Turkey won't stop playing both sides as long as neither side quits in disgust.

It's easy to do as long as the Commander in Chief is more concerned with his Saudi investments than the country's international relations.
