International Baccalaureate

I know very little about this system, hence writing here to see if I can learn more! Or more accurately, to learn about the Diploma Programme, since apparently that is the one that caters to students in the later years of high school.

According to a principal of a school that runs the IB, it is only through working at an IB school that you can attend workshops and training on how to be a teacher of it. So, I'm hoping to get more information from him on the topic - until then, are there any members here who have experienced the IB?
