Money bonds oppose global warming.

Increasingly, financial bonds are being issued for issues related to mitigating global warming. In 2017, $155 billion in total. $ 51 billion for renewable energy, $ 45 billion for low carbon and energy efficient housing, and $24 billion for clean transport. (plus other green issues). Such investment is growing leaps and bounds. Each year since 2012, the value of those bonds has almost doubled. This year, if the trend continues, it will be $250 billion to $300 billion.

Even Facebook, Microsoft, Google and Apple are issuing such bonds, on the back of promises they will use only renewable energy. Fannie Mae issued $27.5 billion in bonds for energy efficient housing.

Apparently investors in those bonds are doing well, with lucrative returns. In spite of the idiotic antics of the moron Trump, there is a steady and healthy move towards methods of reducing carbon emissions. If the trend continues, the Paris Accords may be reached without political cooperation.

The biggest reason people oppose the idea of AGW is that it might cost them money. Showing them how to make a profit off the efforts would reduce or completely nullify that opposition.
