I’m sort of numb to the accusations. Nothing will happen and in the end it won’t matter to his supporters. The Republicans will ignore it and batten up the hatches.
Question for Groening by a reporter:
“Mr. Groening, what do you say to those who still deny the Holocaust?”

Groening:
“Nothing. They are hopelessly lost.”

Seems that's sorta how the whole country feels about the onslaught of krap by now. Don't know if that's the right response, though. I suspect that's pretty much how he has gotten away with everything for so long.

He won't last forever, Hubris this big has Nemesis written all over it.
"We are still waiting for anyone to rebut the main theme of the article that the decode in question and the numbers it quoted perfectly match those in the Korherr report.

Until such a rebuttal comes to light and goes through peer review the article stands the test of time. And after 10 years since the article was published both Peter (Witte) and I have moved on to other research projects. "

I understand. It’s just that this whole presidency feels like sensory overload. If it is re-elected it will be far worse.

This was lost in fall '16. Since then, no one has figured out a way to hold him accountable.

Press pool report from White House today, on retarded, fat dotard [RFD] answering questions about Iran, after arousing himself by threatening "obliteration" of the country:

Q: “What message did you want to send to [Iran]?”

RFD: “There is no message. You know what, I’ll tell you what the message is: When they’re ready . . . let us know. When they’re ready, they’ll let us know.”

Q: “Ready to negotiate?”

RFD: “Ready to do whatever. Doesn’t make a difference. Whatever they want to do, I’m ready.” . . .

Q: “Do you have an exit strategy for Iran, if war does break out?”

RFD: “You’re not going to need an exit strategy. I don’t do exit strategies.”

Guardian says that Trumpo's response - reactive or what - was due to folks speaking for Iran and not for Trumpo who is America - opining that said leader of the free world had a mental disorder. Is that right? hash tag Trolled hard.

Something worse than numbing is going on. Dont curse the night, light a candle. WHAT is causing the numbness? And that would be McConnell as a singular identifier half leading and half in cahoots with the entire Republican Party simply being anti-democratic, anti-American, and failing to do their job as the check and balance against the excesses of a President.

No real mystery. When the Congress fails to do their job as they are doing now, its back to the people to vote the bums out. Every two years in the House, every 6 years for the Senate. Thats how long it takes in the best of all worlds.........and Money has corrupted the best of all worlds meaning only it might take longer.

Heh, heh: in a society where 40 percent of the voters are deplorable, and 60 percent are not united, we will make progress when the 60% are empowered and lose ground when the 40% are at the controls.

Politics................................. and silly hoomans.

Chris Hayes:
Last comment on this: "concentration camp" is an extremely charged term and I get why many people are, in good faith, uncomfortable with its application for Godwin's Law purposes among others. So let's just call them "detention camps" and focus on what's happening in them.
Mike Godwin, of Godwin's Law:
Chris, I think they're concentration camps. Keep in mind that one of their functions *by design* is to punish those individuals and families who are detained. So even the "charged" term is appropriate.
Alan Dershowitz, interviewed on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight, decided to take this completely off the rails into a right-wing attack ad replete with some of the most astonishing mental gymnastics I've ever seen, counting Bunny:
By making that comparison, [AOC] becomes a Holocaust denier, because what’s she’s saying is, "Gee, if all that Hitler did is what Trump is doing on the southern border, then there were no death camps. There were no killing squads. There was no genocide. There was no murder of a million-and-a-half babies. There were no selections where people were picked based on their health and whether they were twins and subjected to the most gruesome form of punishment."
C'mon Liz Cheney, you need to catch up with the Dersh. How did you miss all that in AOC's ill-fated comparison? "This isn't model Congress" is so effing lame . . . let Dersh show the way!

Trump isn't blurring the lines between sex and sexual assault. His accuser is.
She told Anderson Cooper rape is kind of sexy, think about all the fantasies.
Anderson cut to commercial.
Before that, Anderson asked her if she could do it over again, what would she have said to Trump?
Her response was the obvious: "I'd have asked him for his tax returns."
He's a {!#%@} pig. He thinks that demeaning women is some kind of evidence against the charges. He's used a variant of this same crap in other situations in which he was accused of trying to force himself on women, so this isn't a one-off or dependent on the unique circumstances of these charges.

re Natasha Stoynoff: "Take a look. You take a look. Look at her. Look at her words. You tell me what you think. I don’t think so."
re Jessica Leeds: "Believe me, she would not be my first choice, that I can tell you. You don’t know. That would not be my first choice." ha ha ha

Sexual abuse concerns power; this attempted insult is a power trip. More of the man's dominance theater. Presented from the seat of power, in which he tries turning his power plays into something else.

Too bad we'll never get the lying shithead under oath responding to women's charges against him (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fac ... a430a35eb5). That would be something.

"I wouldn't do her"..........exactly what I've thought from time to time watching certain advocates on tv.

Heh, heh.......the deeper point is that ".......♫........Drum Roll.....♫..." Trump is LYING when he says he wouldn't do her, or for the earlier victims have done her. So far.......they've all looked pretty good to me.

I'm probably missing another beat here about it all being about "power" and not attractiveness but I thought the whole point of having all the money your Daddy can shovel your way is that you don't need to rape very attractive successful intelligent women? With just an ounce of patience, they will come to you?

Not all of them of course.......but enough? No......I just don't have any feel for the "Rape is Power" animus.'

hmmmm....kinda worrying. If Rape is Power, why wouldn't invading other countries?? Seems like a natural follow on to me.

OK..........I accept it. I don't understand the will to power. Or fame either. I wouldn't make Achille's choice.

Maybe it makes him feel powerful because, deep down, he knows perfectly well what a loser he really is (Der Untertan).

(Even his Reality TV hit wasn't his own but written for him. But that thing he played is what so many of his followers see when looking at him...)

Yes, we are all driven by angels and demons. I do understand deep routed guilt/anxiety/fear/shame etc. All those unresovled issues most kiddies grow over and time heals to various degrees allowing the sub performance of too many adults.

Even the healthiest among us can still benefit from a little introspection, even better if helped along by someone skilled in those investigations. I used literature. Lots of insights to be gained by really reading the Greek Mythos and all the great literature thereafter.

So many books, so little time.

So the detention facilities holding all those unaccompanied and separated kids "were much worse under Obama" (who started it all, I guess).

Funny no one ever heard of the horror way back when. Musta have been the Deep State keeping it secret and hidden from FAUX, Limbaugh, Alex Jones et. al...

Bingo! I found on Codoh where, citing this interview and AOC's back and forth with Steve King on visiting Auschwitz, members were finding reasons to get over her Marxism-Leninism-Mao-Tse-Tung Thought. You nailed where Dersh's attacks can go.

BTW here is what AOC wrote about death camps:

Besides, saying that on Breitbart might make many of the listeners like her.

She really is smart as hell. Those morons who underestimate her because of her looks or her age are being ridiculous.
Question for Groening by a reporter:
“Mr. Groening, what do you say to those who still deny the Holocaust?”

Groening:
“Nothing. They are hopelessly lost.”

Hhhhhhhmmmmmm, is it possible that Carlo Mattogno is the greatest scholar the world has ever known?

According to Julia Le Duc, a reporter for the newspaper La Jornada, Martínez Ramírez had been unable to present himself to US authorities and request asylum, and decided to swim across the river with his daughter."

I agree....although its pretty easy to look smarter than the Republican opposition, if that is the hell being overcome.

Otherwise........I don't think it is so "smart" to use conventional words out of context. I accept the UN definition of Concentration Camps but it is wrong to call the camps in USA that as the CONNOTATION is more Death Camp than it is the UN Definition. Assuming she is smart enough to know that difference.......then she really is doing something "dishonest" which is captured by her first quote:
This administration has established concentration camps on the southern border of the United States for immigrants, where they are being brutalized with dehumanizing conditions and dying.

This is not hyperbole. It is the conclusion of expert analysis
I disagree with "brutalized." I wonder if the UN has a definition for that as in "No toothbrush over a 48 hour period" or some such? I do agree they are being dehumanized as that fits my view of prison and even detention. ............."and dying" would be brutalization and dehumanizing IF it were done on purpose. The separations, the no toothbrush is purposeful....the dying is not.

AOC is being dishonest. That is not long term smart. It might drive her political program and popularity and if that is her goal, then that is "smart" for that purpose. No different than the smart Trump shows appealing to his different base and interests????

Calling the USA Camps Concentration Camps in conformity with the UN..........is hyperbole. Add "as defined by the U" each time you say the phrase....and it kinda loses its impact. Hence: the hyperbole.

Gee..........The UN runs refugee camps in which people find themselves spending YEARS...."limbo" its called.

A refugee camp is intended as a temporary accommodation for people who have been forced to flee their home because of violence and persecution. ... Camps allow UNHCR to deliver lifesaving aid like food, water and medical attention during an emergency. 2.6m. refugees live in camps.

I think asylum seeker's intention is rather to seek a day in court than to "move into a concentration camp" (which, as we all know, do not exist).

MoveOn.org straw poll results: https://front.moveon.org/elizabeth-warr ... %e2%80%a9/
Sen. Elizabeth Warren leads a new MoveOn straw poll with the support of 38% of members nationwide, followed by Bernie Sanders with 17%. Warren is also in first place among MoveOn members statewide in the early voting states of Iowa (37%), New Hampshire (38%), Nevada (36%), South Carolina (32%), and California (39%).

Warren is the first or second choice of 63% of MoveOn members nationwide. This represents a substantial shift in MoveOn members’ support toward Warren since the organization conducted its first 2020 Democratic primary straw poll in December 2018. In that straw poll, MoveOn member support was up for grabs, with a plurality of MoveOn members either undecided or supporting a candidate not listed in the poll.

Sanders is the first or second choice of 28% of MoveOn members in the latest straw poll, with South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg (26%), Sen. Kamala Harris (25%), and former Vice President Joe Biden (23%) also ranking in the top five candidates among MoveOn members’ first and second choices nationwide. The straw poll was conducted from June 17-21.
Bernie is at serious risk of losing the progressive swim lane.

I think asylum seeker's intention is rather to seek a day in court than to "move into a concentration camp" (which, as we all know, do not exist).
IIRC: detention camps were started by Obama so that the refugee seeking people as well as the economic refugees seeking to falsely qualify as refugees all "know" that detention is part of the process they are willing to undergo given the alternatives they see available.

ALL TO THE POINT: can/should USA offer refuge to anyone who can get here? Why so restricted? Why not send out 747's to land at all the worlds trouble spots and provide "outreach transportation" for free?? I mean: was this country build on the foundation of providing refuge for freedom loving people or not?

Heh, heh.....something else real intelligent I assume AOC has said, or will? aka: just notice all the BS that floats around from both sides, from all sides. In point of fact: USA was founded ON THE FRICKING CONSTITUTION.. The concept of refugee does not appear. I think CC's do: no punishment without due process??

Fun stuff. Constitutiton is complicated enough without collecting poems on the bottom of statues to throw into the mix.
