I don’t know exactly what I’m looking at but the metal looks bent outward.
I don’t really know what blast damage would look like.
Question for Groening by a reporter:
“Mr. Groening, what do you say to those who still deny the Holocaust?”

Groening:
“Nothing. They are hopelessly lost.”

Hhhhhhhmmmmmm, is it possible that Carlo Mattogno is the greatest scholar the world has ever known?

Well...that’s pretty standard for white guys who are close to Trump. Even if he denies it.

I say toss his ass in Riker’s if that’s the normal procedure but white privilege is alive and well.

Trump to Stephanopoulos: "We're going to produce phenomenal health care, and we already have the concept of the plan. We'll be announcing that in two months, maybe less."

I hope the Democrats are as focused on this pledge as McConnell and crew are freaked out by it.

POLITICO piece on Florida and 2020: https://www.politico.com/story/2019/06/ ... do-1366733

Found this interesting:
The [Trump] campaign plans to use Florida as a proving ground for a new Latino outreach initiative, hoping to replicate the statewide 2018 midterms when Democrats failed to turn out this liberal-leaning segment of the electorate.

They'll try to gain their support by promising not to put their kids into cages? And affirm McTurdle's love for Puerto Rico?

Alongside this program - and the evidence is that the Democrats in FL aren't doing what they need to among Latino voters - Trump is announcing mass arrests of undocumented people in the US. Part of his campaign kickoff, it seems.

Thats really heavy duty. Do you have this quote always in mind? I will from now on because it is not the popular presentation, but it is so true. If you protect the guilty, then the persecution of the innocent will continue unabated. Yes, Frum came up with a good one. Thanks for posting.

Trump campaign parts ways with pollsters after leak:
As a result of the leak, the Trump campaign is ending its relationship with Brett Lloyd, Mike Baselice and Adam Geller, according to the person. It will continue working with its other pollsters, Tony Fabrizio and John McLaughlin.

Lloyd is the head of the Polling Company, a firm started by Kellyanne Conway in 1995. Conway is now a senior White House adviser to Trump and is no longer formally connected to the company.

Too long for me, but always fun to see a new word used relevantly: " kakistocracy".... No, I don't think so.....only applies to Trump personally ((well, his family as well)) missing the syncophants around him. There is more of a criminal cabal going on.

Makes me wonder what would be on file had the Romans had tweeter. What did they tweet about Nero????

If his numbers were any good, y'all think McTurdle would pop out and run against him? Or is his plan to quietly take over openly and once and for all once Dumpy secured a second term with his help?

Look, he’s just joking around...
https://www-m.cnn.com/2019/06/18/politi ... cnn.com%2F

We commented on this before. It’s the casual floating of an idea, then saying “hey, just kidding!!!!”

He really isn’t. If there was a way for him to do it he would. Plus he is climbing up there in age and his diet isn’t conducive to a long healthy lifestyle. But pushing this barrier will make it easier for someone in the future.

It shows how fragile this whole thing is. A lot of this is built on tradition and good behavior. There is the Constitution and it’s Amendments, plus law to back it up. But even then Trump puts this on a knife’s edge.

That sums up Trump's presidency, not walls, not the economy, not draining the swamp, not jailing Hilary. But those things and you just that know this guy will be thinking now of how he can become dictator for life.

Well he's all about, how much is that? Can I buy it? Can I stamp my name all over it in metallic shiny Gold letters. It didn't end well for King Midas.

At least its not compulsory to read his stream of consciousness tweets, or tune into his love-ins with his one-track placard waving red hat toting cheering accolytes, or watch FOX, there is that. If this was NS era Germania, there would be no escape. Still doesn't make it all right but. Over here the 'candidates,' for leading the nasty political Egregore called the Conservative party is hotting up. Ra ra ra team!

If you wanna "follow" his campaign, watch today's rally - and you've seen them all. Simply fill in occasionally the news of the day, but as the version you'd know he would rather have it.

(I wonder how many of those lining up and who loved the cameras today will have to explain tomorrow to their bosses just what a sick experience it was. :heh:)
