I expect there are some honourable people out there, but it's a subjective thing and you should honour whoever you feel is worthy of your honouring them (in other words, people you think are honourable).

Indeed there are - approximately 601 of them, primarily in Cameroon, but with over 200 in the US (none in Canada, I note). The highest density of honourable people in the world.
