Great video and text of Elizabeth Warren taking on the "defense establishment" and endorsing withdrawal from Syria and Afghanistan on the Rachel Maddow show:

You should run, gorgeous. Just think how much campaign money you would save by astral travelling to rallies, while your opponents have to take the bus. You could win support by planting 'vote for gorgeous' memes in people's heads using your ESP talents.

The mind boggles.

There is hope… The 2020 election should turn out to be a bloodbath for Republicans. While all Representatives are up for re-election, there are more Republican Senators up for re-election than are Democratic Senators – 22 vs 12. And the Democratic leaning populous is fired up – far beyond what they were in 2016 and 2018, given Trumps and the Republican Party shenanigans. Plus, it doesn’t look like the little boy will learn to stop lying and throwing temper tantrums any time soon.

I fear that instead of just Bernie-Bros, we'll get an entire plethora of partisan Democrat supporters, all upset that their one candidate out of 20+ wasn't given the chance they should have.
They might not stay home on election day, but neither will they help bring out the vote.

If the Democratic Party adopts... democracy, and lets the primaries determine the candidate - instead of party elites, then just maybe that can be avoided?

What exactly do you think a "political party" is?

That Party is... either that happy event after the election or the downer one where everybody cries into their beer. No? ;)

fox-----Harris' dad slams her remarks on smoking weed and being Jamaican------Harris' father, Donald, disapproved of the comments, which he told the Jamaica Global Online constituted "identity politics."

"My dear departed grandmothers ... as well as my deceased parents, must be turning in their grave right now to see their family’s name, reputation and proud Jamaican identity being connected, in any way, jokingly or not with the fraudulent stereotype of a pot-smoking joy seeker and in the pursuit of identity politics," he said

Donald Harris continued: "Speaking for myself and my immediate Jamaican family, we wish to categorically dissociate ourselves from this travesty.”

3 days ago - A 15-year-old Beto O’Rourke once wrote a "murder fantasy" short story about running over two children with a car, according to a new report that also revealed the now-presidential candidate was a member of a famous hacking group.

According to Reuters reporter Joseph Menn, there is no indication that the teenage O’Rourke engaged in the “edgiest sorts of hacking activity” like breaking into computers while part of the group. But his participation did include creating short pieces of writing known as “text files” under a nom de plume. Archived versions of writings attributed to O’Rourke’s alias “Psychedelic Warlord” include one that criticized some women as “sluts,” mocked them for having “violent boyfriends,” and suggested a way to deal with these women was to call them “completely ugly,” or inform “Nazi Skins in your area” that they had “AIDS.”
