Great video and text of Elizabeth Warren taking on the "defense establishment" and endorsing withdrawal from Syria and Afghanistan on the Rachel Maddow show:

Science Fundamentalism...is exactly what happens when there’s a significant, perceived ideological threat to one’s traditions and identity.

You should run, gorgeous. Just think how much campaign money you would save by astral travelling to rallies, while your opponents have to take the bus. You could win support by planting 'vote for gorgeous' memes in people's heads using your ESP talents.

The mind boggles.

There is hope… The 2020 election should turn out to be a bloodbath for Republicans. While all Representatives are up for re-election, there are more Republican Senators up for re-election than are Democratic Senators – 22 vs 12. And the Democratic leaning populous is fired up – far beyond what they were in 2016 and 2018, given Trumps and the Republican Party shenanigans. Plus, it doesn’t look like the little boy will learn to stop lying and throwing temper tantrums any time soon.

I fear that instead of just Bernie-Bros, we'll get an entire plethora of partisan Democrat supporters, all upset that their one candidate out of 20+ wasn't given the chance they should have.
They might not stay home on election day, but neither will they help bring out the vote.

If the Democratic Party adopts... democracy, and lets the primaries determine the candidate - instead of party elites, then just maybe that can be avoided?

What exactly do you think a "political party" is?

That Party is... either that happy event after the election or the downer one where everybody cries into their beer. No? ;)
