Comrades,

ARNOLD MURRAY has effectively supplanted HERBERT ARMSTRONG in that Christian Fundamentalist Demographic :

his Preaching Program, Shepherd's Chapel, on HUNDREDS of Radio and TV Stations and the Satellite Channels;

teaches BRITISH ISRAELISM;

over- emphasizes THE OLD TESTAMENT IN MESSAGES;

denies the Doctrine of the Trinity;

denies the existence of Hell;

denies the Rapture;

makes false Prophecies about the End of the World;

teaches that Humans are babe Gods;

constantly uses Proof- Texting ' Scholarship ';

avoids mentioning his many scattered congregations during his programs;

thus avoids forthright statements listing ALL of his Doctrines all at once;

draws in followers FROM OTHER CHURCHES by subtly or overtly stating the other Churches are ALL Doctrinally WRONG;

avoids revealing to his audience HIS CONCEPT OF CONTROL CHURCH GOVERNMENT !

CULT ! !

EXACTLY LIKE HERBERT ARMSTRONG ! !

Pales David Ben- Ariel into insignificance.....' Bob Grunden Is Insanely Jealous.....'

Tune in the Sheperd's Chapel and get
homespun hillbilly heresy, chapter- by- chapter and verse- by- verse from
Arnold Murray, aka, HERBERT ARMSTRONG !

One thing never changes; there are always a lot of doomsday predictions, and there have been countless ones going back as far as recorded history.

The only thing we can say with certainty is that none of them have been correct; the world is still here. Nevertheless, each time a new doomsday prediction is made, a number of people seem to take it seriously. I wonder if simple stats can have any impact at all on such beliefs?
The job of a skeptic is to investigate the unexplained; not to explain the uninvestigated.
