Of course not. what I expect is some will think about it. Even rejecting it is thinking about it.

Every day, every new post, we define ourselves. Every day.....a new choice, a new affirmation.

Truly...... an existential universe.

Article recites that the rapist was x2 the limit for drunk driving..............and that the rapee was..................................x3. Explains why she was passed out and he was not.

Waking up behind a dumpster.............that would kinda piss me off too.

THIS would never have occurred to me: refusing to serve on a jury when you consider the judge is too lenient on convicted rapists.

The Court of Public Opinion in full swing. I wonder: was it the facts of the case, or the Victim Statement, or some kind of local media campaign waged on some combination of the two?

Or, maybe there's just a lot of people who are getting pissy about rapists and the endless parade of men who minimize rape trauma.

Well....not to get stuck on a subject, but more details are coming to light, indirectly.

From: http://www.wcvb.com/national/usa-swimmi ... ntent=link

"Turner, 20, was convicted in March of the intent to commit rape of an intoxicated/unconscious person, penetration of an intoxicated person and penetration of an unconscious person." /// So...from memory of the other articles, he "fingered" the woman to some degree or another..some penetration of his fingers. Groping and Molesting....but no rape.

Yeah...................yeah..............yeah............. He's a beast......but less a beast than had the Swedish Bicycle Team not happened upon the scene. On a scale of beastiality.....the judges ruling becomes more understandable. Not better explained from the popular press we have....but on a scale compared to how to punish this guy and still have room left to punish others of more impactful and violent episodes...... you know..... short of drawing and quartering.
