The state Board of Regents will likely vote early next week on whether to ax the Academic Literacy Skills Test, one of four exams that teacher wannabes have to pass for certification, officials said Monday.

Is there conspiracy to keep them stupid? Or is it stupid all the way up to the top?
Scientists don't know everything, therefore my favorite flavor of stoopidz is true.

Interesting, I assumed this was a movie by conservatives to promote Christian schools or home schooling or something. Seems to more of a move by liberals to diversify the pool of teachers. hmm....says something about me I imagine.

Seems to be a straight forward thing, black and hispanics fail the test more than whites. Some folks think diversity is more important than literacy for teachers.
