It's funny 'cause it's true.

Yep

What is it? I can't see it. All I get is a little green square.

You have to scroll down after clicking the link.

All I see are these:

Awesome!
I've come up with a set of rules that describe our reactions to technologies:
Spoiler:
1. Anything that is in the world when you’re born is normal and ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works.
2. Anything that's invented between when you’re fifteen and thirty-five is new and exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it.
3. Anything invented after you're thirty-five is against the natural order of things.

Looks to me like s/he's wearing a long skirt and has boobs. Maybe that's actually a mic, and this is a prophetic image of a modern-day female pop singer.

I found this description of the image on Pinterest, after doing a Google image search:
Odd medieval bas-relief (12th c. CE) which once was in the destroyed Tosa Gate of Milan, depicting a woman who shears the pubic hair. According to legend, it represents with scorn the wife of Emperor Frederick Barbarossa (who had razed Milan), but maybe its real meaning is connected to the Celtic apotropaic sculptures that show women who exhibit the vulva.

Also this, which has been Google-translated from Italian, so the text will contain some bizarre errors:
...the Vittoria gateway was called "Borgo di Porta Tonsa" because of a sculptural relief of the 12th century above the door itself until 1848 and today exhibited at the Museum of Ancient Art of the Castello Sforzesco, which depicts a bizarre and impudent female figure, immortalized in the act of shaving the pubis with a rudimentary razor.
...it used to be so simple, once upon a time.
Because the universe was full of ignorance all around and the scientist panned through it like a prospector crouched over a mountain stream, looking for the gold of knowledge among the gravel of unreason, the sand of uncertainty, and the little whiskery eight-legged swimming things of superstition.
