I guess individual liberty isn't for everybody.

Like so many things in life, this is ultimately about balance. Personal liberty is desirable, but only up to a point. Taken to an extreme, it leads to the welfare of one person superceding the welfare of all. The classic example is the American second amendment, where the right to play with lethal toys supercedes the right for the population as a whole to avoid being murdered.

Hmm. I suspect the Pope can talk about Aleppo without needing serious prompting - unlike Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson.

...or replace "second amendment" with "current administration and a loose cannon..."
