This document is complete incoherent inaccurate nonsense. It has more of the nature of some idiot copying text from conspiracy websites and shoving that text below barely related chapter titles.

I'm afraid I cannot place my trust in a document which has a schoolboy grammatical error before even the contents list begins. No, no - that won't do at all.
