Happy birthday! I wrote you a song.

Haha, good answer. Fortunately for me the Quebec tax authority (I can't even be bothered to figure out their proper name) has proven that thought does count. See in this province, I enjoy massive benefits from having 2 kids. They were definitely the result of thought (mostly dirty). And I defend my position that thought was not followed by action; due to the levels of alcohol involved, I have no recollection of the events in question.

That's so thoughtful. At 47, he doesn't have many left, or at least any that are going to mean anything.

I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, only it gave me hope. I watched a show this morning with Mo Rocca. He did a little cooking channel show where he hung out with a very spry 91yo guy. The guy grew all his own food, and still hunted, I believe. They made a venison stew with a little fatback, homegrown potatoes and carrots. Fried green tomatoes, and venison backstrap. I guess the secret to longevity is not to waste food or time.

Gord, I thought that I was going to be thoroughly original - as one chocoholic to another - by sending you a recipe for your birthday..
Thunder stolen, but the single ingredient mousse, which takes no time at all, is now yours, from me.
How high it is on the yummy scale, I can't say, but I do know for a fact that any man who knows how to read and has 10 minutes free can make a delicious bowl of lovely gooey chocolate dessert (or turn it into a meal).
And if its not to your taste...well, make a big enough batch and you can flap around in it like a Roman Emperor..

http://www.nytimes.com/recipes/1014542/Bittersweet-Chocolate-Mousse-with-Fleur-de-Sel.html
Enjoy... today, tomorrow, the world, "splendor in the grass, glory in the flowers..."
