There are even convenient hooks on which to hang it, both in fitting rooms and rest rooms. Imagine that. :P

They have hooks in women's restrooms?
Luxury.

I still see women put their purses on the floor, which generates mild nausea in me, since they then put their purse on the bar. Of course, these are the same women that rush out of the rest room without washing up. I imagine if you swabbed the door handle and put it under a microscope, you'd find a epic Germ Rave.

I know, right? They're all copper too: the boiler's hot water pipe all the way around the house, all the plumbing pipes, and the propane tube. A fortune. Whenever a piece of it is replaced, for whatever reason, I save it in my scrap barrel. The local scrap yard pays well for copper. Coated wire, too, so I save defunct Christmas lights, extension cords, cords from broken appliances, etc.

Ha! I forgot one. My house has two stacks: kitchen and laundry at the front of the house, bathrooms in the back. And it's a small five-room ranch with a walk-out basement, not a McMansion so large that it's living spaces have to be divided into zones.

Stacks... yes. The more the better. My house had none, and with a septic tank just a meter away. So in the summer, with only screen doors, a slight breeze can make it unpleasant. So I dug in and installed one on an outside corner and added a fan atop of it.

That's why I never use the door handles. I just wait for someone else to open the door, then I go through after they do.

And I'm not the only one who does that. Sometimes we stack up at the door in a minor traffic jam until a door opener comes along to help us out.

:lol: It's convenient when the trash can is near the exit. That way you can use your paper towel to open the door and dispose of it on your way through.

I take great care to avoid other people's ass germs, and I'm fairly certain I'm not allergic to ass, although, admittedly, my exposure to ass has been exceedingly limited...at least until Trump took office. :P

Watching the Parkland Florida school shooting breaking news on CNN – and wondering…

Why do the police and rescue vehicles get parked at weird angles? Why not park like normal drivers? Just where did they find their drivers licenses - crackerjack boxes?

Most of the time it's so that they can get a straight shot out, either forward or reverse. Of course later arrivals can screw that up.

It serves one more purpose. No matter what direction fire is coming from you have something to dodge behind.

I don`t see that. The 4-d vehicle offers the same, even if parallel parked.

So here's a question I didn't even know needed an answer: What is your forum title once you hit 30,000 posts?

The answer may surprise you!

Or maybe it won't. ============================================================================================================>

The question arises: Is "weed" the past tense of "wee"?
